March Visa Bulletin Shows Continued Gains for EB-2 Indians

February 9, 2015

As predicted, the Department of State’s March Visa Bulletin, released today, shows continued forward movement for EB-2 employment based second preference Indian nationals.  EB-2 Chinese nationals gained six months. EB-3 employment based third preference Indian and Chinese nationals saw nominal forward movement, however.  EB-3 worldwide only gained a few months.  If we ever need the President’s Executive Action on immigration to result in agency action, including modernization of the permanent residence process and re-use of permanent visas that never went forward, it is now.
