The Department of State’s June Bulletin shows continued nice gains for EB-2 Chinese Nationals

The Department of State’s June Visa Bulletin, released today, continues to show positive forward movement for EB-2 Chinese and, to a lesser extent, EB-2 Indian nationals.  EB-2 Chinese nationals advance another 12 months, while EB-2 Indian nationals advance 5.5 months. EB-3 Chinese and “all other” nationals show nominal gains.  Note that we may expect a slowdown this summer as the government’s fiscal year which ends September 30 winds down.

China – advances 12 months to June 1, 2013 

India – advances 5.5 months to October 1, 2008

Mexico – still “CURRENT” 

Philippines – still “CURRENT”

All others – advances 6 weeks to February 15, 2015

China – advances 4 months to September 1, 2011  

India – advances 1 week to January 22, 2004  

Mexico – advances 6 weeks to February 15, 2015

Philippines – retrogresses 2.5 years to January 1, 2005
