Visa Bulletin January 2016
December 9, 2015
The Department of State just released its monthly Visa Bulletin listing the two categories for “Application Final Action Dates,” and “Dates for Filing Applications.” Employees must wait until the USCIS validates the Dates for Filing Applications in one week and check the USCIS website before relying on that second category.
The January Visa Bulletin shows little or no movement in the Application Final Action Dates category other than for India EB-2 nationals, who once again advance several months, and only nominal movement in the Dates for Filing Applications category.
