Jing Peng joins Weaver Schlenger as Associate

Weaver Schlenger is pleased to announce that Jing Peng has joined our firm as an associate attorney. Ms. Peng has worked on all aspects of business immigration law, including both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Ms. Peng has successfully responded to complex Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and has represented corporate clients before administrative agencies, including wage and hour investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor.
Ms. Peng graduated from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She also holds a B.A. in Statistics from the University of Minnesota. Ms. Peng is a member of the California and Illinois state bars. She is fluent in Mandarin.
