H-1B Cap Season is upon us again! This year, the method for entering the Lottery may change to a pre-registration process, per USCIS proposed changes (though it’s not clear when the proposed changes will be finalized).
On January 25, Weaver Schlenger LLP will hold a free webinar to discuss H-1Bs, why we have a lottery, proposed changes and how you can be best prepared. This one hour webinar is designed in particular for those newer to the world of H-1B visas and immigration.
