Temporary Flexibility Further Extended Through December 31 for Employers’ I-9 and E-Verify Compliance

The Department of Homeland Security announced a further extension of flexibility in rules related to Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The policy has now been extended through December 31, 2020.
