USCIS Flexibility on Responding to RFEs and Agency Requests Extended Through October 23, 2022 Notices

As of July 25, 2022, the USCIS has again extended its flexibility in responding to RFEs, NOIDs and other requests, considering them timely received if they are received within 60 calendar days of the original due date. This latest extension of flexibility due to COVID applies to requests where the issuance date listed on the request, notice or decision is between March 1, 2020 and October 23, 2022, inclusive.
