Premium Processing to be Further Expanded to EB-1 MM and EB-2 NIW I-140s on January 30, 2023

On January 30, 2023, USCIS will begin accepting Form I-907 premium processing requests for all new and pending EB-1 multinational manager (MM) and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) I-140 petitions. For these case types, USCIS will adjudicate within 45 days where premium processing (PP) is used, per the USCIS announcement. 

USCIS said it will further expand PP to including pending Forms I-765 filed for F-1 students’ OPT (Optional Practical Training) and STEM OPT, starting in March. The agency said this would be further expanded in April to include initial OPT and STEM OPT applications. Further details are expected in February.
