USCIS Provides FAQs on Fiscal Year 2022 Employment-Based AOS Cases

The government's fiscal year is coming to a close on September 30. Recently, the USCIS published FAQs on how they are processing the remaining employment-based adjustment of status (Form I-485) cases.
